ReddyClub is not responsible for any injuries that occur during your use of our facilities or services.

5. Facility Rules and Conduct

All members and visitors must follow our facility rules:

• Respect other members and staff
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and attire
• Clean equipment after use
• Follow posted safety guidelines
• No disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• No photography or recording without permission
• Follow capacity limits and time restrictions

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Payment Terms and Billing

Membership fees and other charges are billed according to your selected plan:

• Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Late payment fees may apply
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial periods

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership cancellation policies:

• 30-day written notice required for cancellation
• No refunds for unused portions of billing periods
• Early termination fees may apply
• Special circumstances reviewed on case-by-case basis

Personal training packages and special programs may have different cancellation terms.

• Use WhatsApp, RCS, and other messaging platforms

Important: This authorization overrides any DNC/NDNC registry preferences. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our facilities belong to ReddyClub or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer our software or systems
• Create derivative works from our materials

You retain ownership of any content you create and share with us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReddyClub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReddyClub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services or facilities
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Your content or communications

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a last resort
• Small claims court for amounts under $5,000

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
